Return Process

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
